Sara Joubbi

Sara Joubbi completed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Pisa, in 2019 and 2022, respectively. In 2022,  she engaged in an internship at the Tuscany Life Sciences Foundation, where she became part of the Data Science for Health (DaScH) Lab. Her work during this period focused on processing microscope images using deep learning techniques. Currently, Sara is pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Pisa in collaboration with Fondazione Tuscany Life Sciences. She is dedicating her research to using deep learning for the analysis of antibody-antigen interactions.
