Fondazione Toscana Life Sciences is the owner of the texts, documentation, images, fonts, graphics, and other contents of the website www.toscanalifesciences.org (hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, “the Site”). The reproduction, distribution, publication, copying, transmission, sale, adaptation of the contents of the Site is prohibited.
All the material published on this site is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights, in accordance with current legislation on the matter. The user acknowledges that all the rights in question (including, but without limitation, copyrights, patents, know-how, trademark rights regardless of whether they are registered or not) belong to Fondazione Toscana Life Sciences or to qualified third parties .
Access to the Site does not give the user the right to appropriate, or to reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, in any form, even partial, the information contained therein, without the express written authorization of the company. and/or the third party owner of the relative exploitation and/or reproduction rights.
