Elena Pianfetti

Elena Pianfetti graduated from the Politecnico di Torino, earning both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Biomedical Engineering in 2019 and 2021, respectively. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Industrial applications of ICT at the University of Modena and Reggio-Emilia, in collaboration with the Toscana Life Sciences Foundation within the Data Science for Health (DaScH) Lab group.

He has also contributed to the European project DECIDER – Improving clinical decisions in cancer, focusing on research and prioritization of particular genetic mutations, fusions.

Her work focuses on using Deep Learning techniques to analyze images obtained by confocal microscopy to study the effects of monoclonal antibodies.
